Acquisition: The number of app installs can be a useful metric for assessing the platform's ability to attract new users. This can be measured by tracking the number of downloads of the app over a given period of time.
Retention - WAU, # of 4+ orders: The rate at which users continue to use the platform over time can be a useful metric for assessing the platform's ability to retain its user base.
Revenue - Average order value per user: The average order value per user can be a useful metric for assessing the platform's ability to generate revenue from its existing user base.
Why did you go for average order value per user?
We have already acquired the user. The more the order value, the more margin/commission the restaurant pays us, and the more we get out of the user. In addition to this, we can also measure the lifetime revenue per user and the frequency of orders.
